CANCELLATION:Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can’t cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!
PRIORITY/INSURED SHIPPING: If you’ve selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped, or refunded if the order is lost in transit. If you ordered using “Free Shipping” or “Priority Processing” we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES Glotique is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I normally never write a review but I just had to with this product. I started about two to three weeks ago with it and it has done miracles to my skin! I am normally oily to combination skin and I had such a problem with it all my life and having to keep putting more products to take the shine off made me always break out. After using this on my skin it changed my skin to combination but not dry at the same time so that really made me happy. On top with all my scaring most of it is gone! I try to use it every night or every other night but this product is definitely a must buy for those who struggle with scars and or oily skin.
